Complete modernization of a crusher facility's automation, panel, and control infrastructure. Automatic feed and load control synchronized with conveyor systems ensures stable throughput. Vibration and current-based protection scenarios prevent overload and blockage, while production and downtime reporting provides operational transparency. Built with Siemens PLC, frequency converters, and current, vibration, and level sensors on an industrial communication backbone. Unplanned downtime was reduced significantly and crusher-conveyor synchronization improved overall plant efficiency.
