Oxygen Generator Automation & Energy-Efficient Operation

Automation of an industrial oxygen generation system prepared for deployment in Russia. The scope included control panel design, PLC software development, and commissioning for a system driven by a 600 kW electric motor operating under variable process conditions. Optimized start-up, shutdown, and interlocking logic ensures stable and energy-efficient operation. Electrical and mechanical stress reduction extended equipment lifespan and minimized the risk of unplanned downtime.
