Comprehensive energy monitoring and data acquisition system for an underground mining facility, covering 30 transformer input-output points. The system integrates Schneider Sepam and Easergy protection relays at 11 kV, ABB REF615 protection at 34.5 kV, and Siemens PAC3200 energy analyzers, all feeding into a PCS 7 and PI Vision SCADA platform. Transformer-level consumption reports, historical trend analysis, and high-usage zone detection established the data foundation for energy management decisions. Unnecessary loads were identified and eliminated, providing a reliable baseline for ongoing efficiency improvement initiatives.
